The General Assembly (GA) of Amansa Memorial Foundation is the highest governing body. The General Assembly meets annually and provides policy directions and guidelines, reviews and approves programs and plans, and ensures that Amansa Memorial Foundation is operating within the overall policy framework towards its organizational vision, mission, goal and objectives.

The Amansa Memorial Foundation Executive Committee, under the General Assembly is the organization’s governing body. The Committee ensures an effective and efficient implementation of organizational policy within the framework defined by the General Assembly. The committee also reviews organization’s progress, plans and budgets annually and modifies the AMF organizational structure to suit its annual plan and programs. The EC has right to depute, review and evaluate all or any specific programs and operations of AMF whenever such an action is deemed necessary. Annual audit and financial status of AMF will be certified by Executive Committee. The EC shall provide directives for the smooth functioning of human resources necessary for the operation of projects and programs. The Executive Committee will be elected every after two year’s interval from the members of AMF during General Assembly.
