With the mission of creating a self-sustained society through participation community the organization has incorporated the principle of mobilizing, managing and utilizing local resources for the fulfillment of human needs that could contribute in creating a self sustained and independent society. Guided by the principles of equality, equity co-existance and the respect for human dignity, Amansa Memorial Foundation has been devoted in the campaign of social transformation and community empowerment.

Primarily, Amansa Memorial Foundation has focused on implementing activities like gender equality, lobbying for the protection of human rights, participatory development, promotion of social norms and values, Campaign against human trafficking, campaign for educational rights and income generating activities for the marginalized and socially excluded communities. We are committed to meet our mission in creating a self-sustained society and would like to contribute something worth-noting in the process of social transformation.

The working area of this Amansa Memorial Foundation (AMF) is within the Satiswara Village Development Committee of Tanahun. In accordance with necessity, the working area of AMF will be extended to other Village Development Committees after having taken approval of the concerned authorities.
